Businesses we like
- Based in Belgium or vicinity
- Open to all sectors, but with affinity for value-add distribution, manufacturing and services
- EBITDA typically between EUR 2 million and EUR 8 million, but we won’t rule out lower or higher if the situation is right
- Possibility to partner up with co-owners and/or management
- Typically seeking majority control or control on board, but flexible to sync this with co-owners on a
case-by-case basis
